We want to remain one of the market leaders in plant and autoclave construction in the future. That's why we have a tradition of promoting young talent - for over 100 years. More than 1,000 trainees have already learned their trade with us, from administrative tasks to working on the machine. They are supported not only by five instructors, but also by a team of teachers whom we engage for school-accompanying lessons. And for technical skills, our trainees can try their hand in our in-house training workshop. What to expect?
With a 3.5-year apprenticeship as a technical product designer specializing in machine and plant design, you will be actively involved in our production processes right from the start. From the aerospace industry to racing, you will learn how to design and construct components and assemblies for our versatile machines using the latest 3D CAD programs. Among other things, you will prepare technical drawings as well as the corresponding parts lists, which are an important part of our production documents. The apprenticeship at Maschinenbau Scholz offers you the opportunity to take on responsibility at an early stage and to design our technical products both as part of a team and independently.

For an all-embracing learning success, we offer you the opportunity to pass through all commercial departments. Through our half-yearly rotations, you will gain important experience, learn new skills and deepen your knowledge. From the procurement of goods in the purchasing department, their incoming inspection in the warehouse, to the posting of related invoices in the accounting department - you will ensure that our production runs smoothly. In addition, you will be a member of our shipping team, which is responsible for the import and export of various goods. You will also support the payroll department in all tasks related to personnel processing. This is only a small part of your multifaceted training at Maschinenbau Scholz.

With a 3-year apprenticeship as a warehouse logistics specialist, you will become a logistics expert. Right from the start of your apprenticeship, you will be actively integrated into our operational processes and ensure that the parts for manufacturing the assemblies of our systems are available on time. You will work closely with other departments and maintain an overview of the entire logistics process. Your responsibilities range from incoming goods inspection, picking parts for production, providing parts and tools for assembly operations, to shipping spare parts directly to the customer. For the accomplishment of your diverse work tasks you will be supported as a member of our team in the warehouse, around the clock.

What to expect?
Turning, milling, welding... You want to have a tangible result at the end of your working day? With a 3.5-year apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic specializing in mechanical and plant engineering, you will become an all-rounder in our production halls by learning a wide range of manufacturing processes. You will have the opportunity to work with different metals and machines in our production. On the basis of prepared drawings, you will independently produce the most diverse components of our systems. Are you wondering which production steps are necessary before the finished product leaves our production halls? During your apprenticeship you will pass through all departments that are necessary for the production of autoclaves. From the aviation and automotive industries to the glass and building materials industries to wood and rubber processing: your training will be as diverse as our products.
