Maschinenbau Scholz manufactures CV systems for the continuous vulcanisation / cross-linking of cables with rubber or cross-linkable polyethylene:

We supply the following components and additional equipment in accordance with national and international pressure vessel codes, which you can also use for retrofitting existing CV pipes:

Telescopic pipes/pressure reversing systems/electric pipe heating/non-contact sag control/main seal/lead-wire seal/pressure control/water level control
Pressure reversing vessels/systems for low pressure cross linkage with superheated steam/gas cooling circuits/nitrogen supply units, cable impregnators and drying vessels

We use state-of-the-art production facilities in combination with a tried and tested system for the acceptance of all systems by a notified body (e.g. TÜV, Lloyd's etc.). This means you can rely on high-quality systems at the highest safety level.
