To ensure that you have the perfect material for your automobiles and racing cars, Maschinenbau Scholz supplies autoclaves for perfect thermal treatment of fibre composites and fibre-reinforced thermoplastics.


Our complete autoclave systems and furnaces with process control are manufactured according to your individual requirements. You benefit from guaranteed temperature homogeneity in the entire charging chamber. This is made possible by an optimised fan drive with variable speed, optimised air guidance and a special arrangement of the heating. Each autoclave and system incorporates more than three decades of software development for process controls, process control systems and data acquisition. 
We simulate flow behaviour and temperature distribution to optimise your production processes. We supply you with tested designs in accordance with all European and international regulations. On request, Maschinenbau Scholz can supply you with air tanks, compressed air systems, cooling systems, fittings and heating systems. High-quality and tested product properties at the highest safety level are guaranteed.
