Solutions for the building material industry

For more than 80 years Maschinenbau Scholz supplies custom-fit autoclaves for the production of steam-cured building materials. We manufacture reliable autoclaves for the hardening of sand-lime bricks. The autoclaves are designed for an operating pressure of 1.6 MPa. For the production of lightweight concrete, Maschinenbau Scholz offers efficient autoclaves designed for a pressure of 1.2 MPa as well as for vacuum operating conditions. This means you always get the best quality and save unnecessary energy at the same time.

Are you specialised in the production of gypsum, fibre materials or concrete elements? Maschinenbau Scholz offers you the right equipment for these applications as well. We also take care of additional components such as condensate systems, feeding bogies or steam distribution schemes of an autoclave.

With our autoclaves, we support the efficient production of a wide variety of building materials. We will be happy to advise you individually on the optimum design for your project in terms of diameter, length and operating pressure. You can rely on our excellent quality control system, which guarantees you maximum safety and reliability. Our team of consultants will support you at any time in the planning of steam supply, expansion and condensate discharge. Please contact us.

Using our gypsum autoclaves, you will be able to produce gypsum construction materials and special gypsums with outstanding properties, due to optimal process control.
