Solutions for the glass industry

Our customers in the glass industry need a safe product that can be used safely and in a variety of ways. That is why they rely on autoclaves from Maschinenbau Scholz.

For about 50 years we have been producing complete plants especially for the production of laminated and safety glass (architectural glass) as well as safety glass for automotives, e.g. windscreens. Another application is the production of solar panels.

For this, we always want to meet every requirement in discussion with our customers and design the autoclave as individually as possible. This also applies to services outside our product portfolio - please feel free to contact us.

Maschinenbau Scholz autoclaves convince with guaranteed temperature homogeneity in the entire charging chamber. This is made possible by optimised air guidance and a special arrangement of the heating based on analytical simulations of the flow behaviour and temperature distribution.

If desired, you can choose autoclaves designed for carrying out the "Heat Soak Test". Our plants are manufactured in accordance with all European and international regulations and are tested in-house. We thus guarantee you a high-quality production plant at the highest safety level.
