Step 1

During this process, we ask for all the important data we need to prepare your offer and advise you on important components and specifications.
Step 2
Based on your requirements and technical calculations, our specialists design the construction plan for your system.
To ensure a smooth production process, all important components are already taken into account - from the pressure vessel to all details of the electronic control system. Based on this detailed design plan, we can submit you a precise quotation. In addition, you can test and simulate process sequences in advance in our in-house technical centre.
Step 3
We build the plant according to your specifications.
Once the order has been placed, we design and manufacture the plant according to your requirements. The common time schedule and compliance with high quality standards and specifications have the highest priority. Once the plant construction is complete, we check the function of your plant in several test runs - with an eye on every detail.
Step 4
We deliver your new autoclave to the location you specify.
For this, we rely on internationally proven logistics partners. Timing and logistics are carefully planned. On site, our professionals supervise the proper installation and commissioning of your new autoclave.
Step 5
We train your staff on site to ensure an optimal operation of the system.
In addition, we offer you a comprehensive emergency service. If the situation requires, a service mechanic will be on site within a very short time - anywhere in the world.
