The best in training

The joy and pride were palpable when the best trainees from the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) North Westphalia were honoured for their exceptional achievements last week in Olfen. This festive occasion provided the perfect setting to honour the successes of young talents who have distinguished themselves through hard work, commitment and determination. For us as a company in particular, the evening was a real highlight, as four of our trainees are among the best of the class of 2024.

This year, Niklas D. (technical product designer), Henning Z. (electronics technician for industrial engineering), Ludwig K. and Linus H. (both industrial mechanics) were delighted to receive this prestigious award. During their training, they all achieved outstanding results not only at vocational school but also in practice. With a clear goal in mind and the support of our experienced trainers, they have continuously developed and proven that they have what it takes to become the skilled workers of the future.

Honouring the best trainees was a truly unforgettable evening, where the joy of success took centre stage. Not only were the families of the award winners there to support their sons, but our trainers also made sure to attend this special evening. Together, we toasted the successes of the trainees and celebrated their outstanding achievements in style.

In addition to the academic and practical successes, it is particularly important for us as a company to emphasise that these young trainees are also an enrichment for us on a personal level. They not only bring their specialist knowledge with them, but also team spirit, social skills and a remarkable work ethic, which make them valuable members of our team.

Although we are delighted with the successes of recent years, we are also looking to the future.Some of the award winners will be leaving us to pursue further academic training and open up new horizons. We wish them every success and all the best for this new stage in their lives! It is always impressive to see how young people develop with commitment and curiosity and break new ground.
