PredictECO

Last month, our colleagues Dirk Leifeld and Ingo Große-Banholt had the opportunity to be part of an exciting and forward-looking event at the DLR Science Day. Of course, our laboratory autoclave was not to be missed and stimulated discussions about efficient autoclave technology. 

 

In a 10-minute keynote speech, the topic of “resource-efficient autoclave processes” was later introduced, which was an exciting challenge in this short time.

The presentation referred to current regulations that more and more manufacturers of composite components are confronted with and showed ways to make curing processes more effective and resource-efficient. We are currently working on this with our partners in the PredictECO project.
